  • Apartments are rented to individuals who have reached the age of 21 in a short-term lease for a period of one day (from 14:00 to 12:00 the next day), up to one month (30 days).
  • The possibility of settling before 14:00, or evictions later than 12:00 is discussed separately, in advance and individually.
  • Guaranteed to check in at 09:00, or check out at 18:00 by paying the previous or next day.
  • When booking and checking in to the apartment, guests must inform the exact number of people. If the number of guests during their stay, or the settlement changes in a big way, from the previously mentioned, an additional fee is charged.
  • Advance booking is made by phone. The option of an apartment is discussed with the operator, the dates and times of arrival and departure are agreed upon, the person has a colitis, the age of the guests and other details. Reservations are made on a prepaid basis, in the amount of the cost of one night stay. In the case when guests are not settled in the apartment on the day of settlement, the prepayment is not refunded.
  • During check-in, handing over the keys, guests must provide for review and creation of a photocopy of passports of all living in the apartment. Check in without a passport is not possible.
  • Guests pay the entire agreed period of stay, as well as the security deposit, in the amount of the cost of one night stay, or more, depending on the circumstances.
  • While staying in apartments, we provide free cleaning and linen change once a week (on the eighth day of stay). In the case when guests refuse to clean, they must provide an apartment for inspection, representatives of our company, at least once a week, or more often if circumstances so require.
  • Smoking in apartments is strictly prohibited.
  • Guests are financially and criminally liable for damage to property located in a rented apartment. In case of any problems with appliances in the apartment, electrical, sanitary, or other, you must immediately inform our staff.

  • For the loss of keys, a penalty is imposed in the amount of the cost and installation of a new lock.
  • Guests are solely responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings and valuables.
  • We guarantee constant hot water supply only in apartments equipped with water heaters. In the descriptions of the apartments, the presence of an autonomous water heater is indicated.
  • Apartments do not rent for birthday parties or other events.
  • If guests provide false information about the purpose of renting an apartment, we can refuse to stay.
